Single-Close Construction to Permanent Financing Loan
This loan seamlessly converts from a construction loan to an adjustable-rate mortgage. For the first 12 months, you will only pay interest on your loan as you plan and build, and your interest rate will remain the same. After the first 12 months, you will pay principal plus interest for the life of your loan and the loan will convert to an adjustable-rate mortgage.
